I use leg day on my more intense training sessions. Heavy legs, pull or push days. I train in the AM so the carbs and other ingredients really help me push hard when I don’t have a ton of calories in me yet. First off both the Lemon & Cotton Candy variety of this pre slap flavor wise, but mother of god this is strong. I usually do 1/2-3/4 scoop just to keep the Alpha Yo from leaving the gym with me haha. Very intense energy.

Iso 100 choco pebbles was my old favorite. Transparent Labs dark chocolate crushes it! No boatload of weird ingredients and taste so much better. If you are familiar with Cola Cao, that’s what the flavor reminds me of.
